mismatched paints?

mismatched paints?
Hey folks, I have seems 2 Z's with mismatched paint or is it my idea?
The front/rear bumber and the fuel tank cover (I know there's a better word for it, lol) does not match the rest of the car. The first Z was off white and the one I saw this weekend it blue.
Also the paint seems not top quality. Anyways, I just want to know if there are more people out there that noticed this flaw?
