Default Suspension popping

When I hit a bump, I get a popping or clunking sound from the passenger side. I've had it in the dealer twice and they performed the TSB twice (they say) and now it only does it when I hit a bump hard. I was going to take it back in again but I don't want them running around hitting BIG bumps with my car trying to reproduce it which is what I know they will do. Last time, I told them I would take the tech out and show him so at least I knew what was being hit and not something too hard that would do damage.

Has anyone had problems with the TSB on this issue and, if so, what was the ultimate resolution of the issue. My car is an 03 but only 9,000 miles so I'm ticked that I still have this problem after two attempts to fix it.

Any help is appreciated.
