I heard a rumor that you have to pay monthly for the nissan gps.This dosent make sense as both my boats have it and as we all know they don't cost monthly. The strange thing is that it was the dealer who told me this.Could he have gotten it confused with lo-jack?And if there is no charge how hard is it going to be to ad this to my order that I plased in late oct.?

1. Try to search for this. I know it's been covered in the early days.
2. To answer your question, there is no monthly charge on GPS for the factory NAV. There is a charge, however, to update the navigation DVD's, or to get DVD's for other regions.
