If anyone read the news on Autoweek.com today, nissan is finally covering the 2004 models. Yay. Unlimited miles or 36 months. Sounds like they are covering the full price for tires too. The dealers haven't been notified yet, as I took my car in and watched them log onto nissans service web site and it hasn't been updated.

So all it took was a few thousand law suits, etc. I still want a settlement after all I have been through.

I could care less. My dealership will ignore the TSB and state "tires perform as designed" End of story. No fix for this Z. The engine could fall out of this car and the dealership would state "car performs without engine as designed".
Good luck to all who try to get their service depts to honor the TSB.

 

I got a letter yesterday stating something like 3yr coverage from when you bought it and UNLIMITED MILES!
