I was at advance, trying to buy replacement front brake pads. The guy asks which transmission i had. Replied MT, he says they only have pads in stock for auto transmissions.
so my question is:
are theyre really different calipers/pads based on the transmission?
im skeptic about that (it doesnt make sense) and ive only heard that the difference in calipers is either brembo or stock.
I bought Bendix MKD430IQ, i hope they work, says it reduces dust. Im just not ready to step up to the CERAMIC plate

well as i figured, the pads went on just fine. I dont know why companies mark stuff like that.
Id say the install was 3 of 5 'Z' difficulty. Probably because i lack a C clamp and had to compress the piston the hard way! Definitely empty your master cylinder a little bit, compressing the pistons pushes quite a bit of fliud back up.
It was a messy job too.
