Default Service Engine Soon and Window Broken

Yesterday my Service Engine Soon light came on. I don't know what the heck that's about, but okay, I'll get Nissan to fix it. But then a few hours later, I tried to put my driver's side window down, and it won't go down. I can hear the little motor clicking and making noises, but the window doesn't move at all. Do you think these 2 items are related? It's weird to have these little problems on the same day. The Z is a '03.

Your two problems probably aren't related. The window motor is common prob. I just replaced mine a week ago. If your under warranty your covered if not the part is like $210 plus about an hours worth of labor.

You know what's weird? My SES light went off the next morning AND the window started working again. Then later, it stopped working, and restarted. It's just plain flakey now. I can never tell if it's going to work or not. Once again, as soon as I have time, to Nissan I will go.
