Default Changing differential fluid

At what mileage should this be changed? I think im over, and I wanted to know if I could do it myself. If I can, where could I get the differential fluid? Thanks for any advice anyone can offer.

Easy enough to do, pull the drain plug, put it back in with the filler plug at the top. The trick is getting the fluid up there to get in the plug. They have pump systems you can buy to assist with that.

I put Redline in mine, from http://www.soloperformance.com/

It should be changed every 30k miles. Straight 80 or 90 weight oil should be fine but I'd check the owners manual to confirm. Should be able to buy that at any auto store.
