I'm having a problem with my a/c where it cuts off and on for no apparent reason. It seems to happen within the first few minutes of turning my car on after its been sitting outside in the heat for awhile. The a/c will turn itself off, then back on, then off again, then back on. Its done this maybe 5 times in the last month. Right before this started happening my wipers decided to turn themselves on and run at random speeds which i had no control over. It did this till i cut the power to the car and turned it back on.

 

Stupid question: Are you sure the audio installation is not causing a false-circuit?

 

i had everything installed at a car audio shop here but it was car toys... so its always a possibility. How would go about finding out if that is the cause?

 

Did you figure out what was causing this? My 04 350z just started doing this and I'd rather not take it to the dealership if it's a simple fix.
