Please ONLY post if 2005/2006 and...
I know any tire feathering posts will go on everyone's nerve by now.
The purpose of this thread should be to collect posts only about 2005 or younger Zs that either definitely have a tire wear problem or definitely have no problem (you drove more than 20k on the street and your tires lasted just fine).
All others pls don't post your opinions or post rumors... There are already 180 pages in the sticky tire thread. And on every 10th page maybe there is a post from a 2005 owner, but most of them did not have enough mileage yet to know anything for sure.
Regarding changed part numbers: that can have many reasons, and does not mean that it is targetted at fixing the tire feathering problem.
So please post either
(1) 2005/2006 no tire problems and you really drove your tires on the street for more than 20k miles, which suspension: stock or not, which tires, and what maintenance you performed (tire rotation, alignments in which intervals if at all)
(2) 2005/2006 tire problems after normal street driving (you had to exchange your tires due to roar, abnormal wear...), and at which mileage your tires needed replacement.
If the admins find this post useful, it would be great if they could make it sticky so we can collect posts over the next year when more and more 2005 owners will reach higher mileages!
Thank you.
