Default Gear Shifter Rattling Upon Slowing Down

Ok,

I have been noticing that if I am going into a turn in 4th gear and just kinda coasting-slowing down the shifter develops an annoying rattle. If I shift it out of gear and right back in the rattle is gone.

It has done this a few times in other gears too...always when I am just coasting/slowing.

What's the deal? I ran a search and didn't find anything particularly useful.

You know i was wondering the same thing. It happens around 2900 rpm on my car, any gear, more pronounced in 3rd 4th and 5th. The shifter rattles hard, no noise, while coasting to a stop in gear.
