help w/ performance nissan dealer situation

Well my case is strange. I bought the touring 5AT Z at 33K. I took it to performance nissan of duarte and had them check the auto tranny fluid twice and they said it was okay and wouldn't need one for another 60K. that was 3 weeks ago. now i took it in for an oil change and the dealer was looking over the service record and saw i never had a 30K maintinence and wanted to give me a coolant flush and tranny flush as well. well i went for the coolant (which was 130) but never opted for the tranny as they told me i was fine before and wouldn't need one till 60K.
well i asked them to check the auto tranny fluid once more and he says 'there is no way to check it, it's bolted down'....what the??...i'm confused, what is going on?? i don't want to spend $200 on a tranny flush if i don't have to...

OK, so I don't have an AT but from the service manual I think this is what's going on (disclaimer: this is my opinion, if the information provided turns out to be to the contrary, I don't know wtf I'm talking about).
1. To check the AT fluid level, there's a 10 step procedure that requires connecting the Consult II (lol). And, yes, the fluid level gauge is bolted in. So I'm guessing that they checked it for you initially, but the service guy got lazy or didn't want to check it again, so he just said that "It's bolted in...."
2. On the fluid inspect/replacement intervals, both the Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 maintenance show Inspect every 15kmi, and replace every 30kmi if towing.
