HELP! Engine Stalled out of nowhere!

Same thing happened to me... the dealer said my throttle body needs to be changed.
04 w/ 48K... he said the throttle body is not covered my DRIVERTRAIN 60 months, 60k warranty.
Cost $1100... for new throttle body, gasket, labor...
Can this be true?
