My friend has an 04 SRT-4 with stage 2 upgrades by Mopar. He had to get a smog certification for his new registration. The place where he took his car had to apparently disassemble some of his aftermarket parts. When we got in the car and started to drive it we both instantly noticed that the turbo was not spooling up properly and he wouldn't hit full boost when he floored it. The turbo sounds like there is a constant leak of air. I don't know what could have caused this problem. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
