Window rattle,drivers side door

My car is no longer under warranty.I have about 37,000 miles on it.I just noticed a rattle when I open my drivers side door.Sounds like it is the window.Does anyone have any idea how much this would be to get fixed?

I sounds like the door pannel is just seperated??? Is the door panel hitting the window itself???

When I roll my drivers side window down,it only goes down about half way and that is it.I have no idea what it is.
