Default clutch question

i was driving my car today. when i pushed my clutch in a revved up my motor my car moved forward just a little bit, and my clutch was all the way in. Is my clutch not disengaging or something? or does anyone know why it is doing it? if my clutch is not disengaging all the way is there a way to adjust my clutch?

in hydraulic clutches it's usually because there's air in the system. try bleeding it and see if it helps.
