P1455 - Evap Emission Control Sys Leak Detected (Gross Leak/No Flow)

i've been told it could be due to the gas cap not tightening all the way, but that doesn't seem to be the case. it comes on and off intermittently at times and is starting to bug me. i dont' want to get out of the car in the middle of the street and retighten the gas cap... any other ideas what it could be on my APS TT equipped g35c?

Your gas cap may be bad. You can try to replace it and see if the code goes away. What year is your car? If it's early enough you may need the gas line recall it involves evap lines as well.
