Fuel Injector Service at 15k?
I have a ’03 with ~14k miles. My dealer mentioned the fuel injectors should be serviced at 15k. Nissan’s page doesn’t seem to mention injectors at any interval.
Is the dealer full of crap?

Sounds way too soon for a professional cleaning. I would recommend you try BG 44K® Power Enhancer.
This is the best fuel additive period. It's the only one that truly makes a difference. I use it once a year or so on all my vehicles as it is a really strong cleaner and should not be used too often. Once every 15,000 - 20,000 miles is fine. Technically it's not sold to the public though you can usually find a shop that carries it an will sell it to you. I have also found it on eBay. Here are some tips to maximize it's effectiveness.-

Code:
BG 44K Pro Tips Usage Instructions Normal Use – To clean normal deposits from fuel system At your next gas tank fill up Pour entire contents of BG 44K can into the fuel tank before filling tank with gasoline Caution: 44K is a strong chemical and can damage automotive paint, use a funnel to get product into fuel tank. Wipe drops on paint with a damp towel immediately and thoroughly After pouring BG 44K into tank, fill tank completely. Caution: 44K is formulated to be diluted into a full tank of gas; using 44K at higher than recommended solution strengths can cause damage to rubber seals and gaskets. Drive your vehicle a minimum of 15 minutes then park the vehicle with engine off for 30 to 45 minutes, Drive vehicle again for a minimum of 15 minutes. Tip: This drive cycle coats carbon build-up, allows 44K to soak in and loosen deposits and wash away the loosened deposits. The 15 minute requirement makes use of the engine’s internal heat to increase the effectiveness of 44K’s deposit removers. Note: Do not use BG 44K more than twice a year. The chemicals are strong and can cause damage to rubber seals and gaskets if used more than twice a year. Severe Use – To clean systems with extreme build-up With your fuel gauge reading between ½ and ¾ of a tank Caution: DO NOT add BG 44K if you have less than ½ tank of gas Add the full contents of one can of BG 44K Drive vehicle for 10 minutes Park vehicle and turn off engine for 30 minutes Go directly to filling station and fill gas tank completely Drive vehicle again for a minimum of 15 minutes Caution: This procedure is only for extreme cases of build-up. If you use this method, use it only one time! Additional treatments using this method will not improve your results.
