Default Power Steering Flush?

OK I've searched all the threads but I can't find a HOWTO on the power steering system. My fluid needs to be changed and I was hoping to do it myself. Does anyone know the procedure, a howto, or a diy link? TIA!

one way is to unbolt your stock power steering cooler, and let it drain, then refill with Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) and start the car, turn the wheel full lock to lock several times and thats it.. should be it for bleeding-

I did it the ghetto way by continuously diluting the power steering fluid after turning the car on and off. I had to do this to the car about 5-6 times. It works almost as good as draining, but it just takes patience.

My last car had issues with power steering locking up unexpectedly and changing fluid eliminated it. I was laughed at by the dealer when I asked about changing it but people do change it for different reasons.
It was about the same as what has already been said here. Take the bottom line off and drain the system best as possible. Refill and bleed (which is probably turning wheels lock to lock several times with the lid off so all the air can escape). Or the other choice is to siphon it out and replace, drive for a day and repeat a few times. This way was very easy and introduced very little air to the system. You will HAVE to check a Z manual for exact procedure as far as how to properly bleed and if the front wheels should be off the ground etc. before doing this to your Z though. Should not be a hard job to do at all.
