I have grey peices of Honeycomb shooting out of my left exhaust at about 100fps. has this happened to anyone before

 

Sounds like pieces of your cat.

 

you should see it at night, they glow like lava or something

 

your cat has exploded..... be areful because sometimes they will go inside your engine instead of coming out our exhaust. If this happens kiss your engine good bye. This was a recall for the Sentra Se-Rs we would get maybe 2-3 in every month that needed new engines. I would check it if I were you
