5w30, cause there was a picture of a pre-production press car that had "mobil 1 5w30" written in permanent marker across the strut bar, and because that's what the manual says. If Nissan didn't really want you to use synthetics, they wouldn't have put it in their press cars!

The strut brace-bar clearly reads 10w-30 Mobil 1 in the picture.
After using Mobil 1 for all these years, that was good enough, and confirmed it, for me.
