Im looking for a place to mount some driving lights. I want them to the extreme left and right of the black grill. However, these areas have what looks like a flat piece of plastic behind the grill. If you look down into this area from above, (open hood) they are labled as 'PH' (passenger side) and 'LH' (driver side) They dont seem like much at all, just block air, and Id like to mount some lights here. Can someone tell me what these are, or if I can cut holes in them. I havent ordered lights yet.
