Default Rear full of water

I started taking the plastic out of the rear section to remove the Bose amplifier and noticed that there is a lot of water in that area. It has been raining lately and I did have it outside for a couple of days.

The rear carpet isn't wet and the hatch seal looks good.

Any body seen this before? Any idea how the water is getting in? I need to fix this.

Tx

Found it. When water runs down the passenger side rear light on it's bottom side water gets in the vent. Looks like the vent was never installed properly from the factory. It won't snap in so it's going back the dealer (for the first time) to get fixed.

I took me a while to convince them what the promlem was but when they finally replaced the vent and it's gasket it stopped leaking. I'm glad I noticed it before it was too late.
