Default Cooling System Service 60K miles

I have a coupon at Firestone for a cooling system service for $39.99

It includes

-Inspect cooling system and pressure test for leaks
-Flush system
-Refill with correct amount of recycled coolant
-add sealant/lubricant

What do you guys think? This is a really great price; do you think this particular service is ok for my '03 350Z?

I wouldn't recommend using recycled coolant, why not spend the extra 15 bucks or whatever it costs to have new coolant put in. I'm also not a fan of using the pressure method of coolant flushing. If they over-pressurize the system you'll blow gaskets which can cost plently to fix. And the sealant lubricant doesn't sound like a good idea either, although I'm not exactly sure what they mean by that (I'm assuming something like Bar's Leak or other type "quick-fix").

Why not just drain it yourself, it's pretty easy...

This is the first I have about recycled coolant. How much can a gallon of new coolant cost anyway?

The cooling system change seems pretty involved you have to remove three drain bolts on the engine block and replace O rings. Has anyone tried this?

I've drained my radiator 3 times, it's not hard, but sometimes getting the air out of the system is a pain!! Now a complete drain seems to be a PITA, besides being very messy. For that I plan on letting somone else service it and letting it drain all over their garage floor.

I think I would spend the extra $ and let the dealer service the cooling system. I have had bad experiences with Firestone.
