brake problem

brake problem
has anyone experienced this problem? when im slowing don and i press on the brakes it makes a click noise, then once i let go of it it makes a somewhat loud bang...as if the brake cable is loose or something

yea i have the little click too..but once i let go i hear a small cling in the back bottom,,feels like some kind of break wire is loose or something
