Question Clickling from underneath my car

I have a 2004 touring AT Z. When i have it in park and move it to drive or reverse it makes a click. It also clicks when i stop and go. some times only once when i take off or some times 2 or 3 times. The click sounds like a poker card on the wheel of a bicycle. I read others threads but wasn't qiuet sure if it is the same problem. My question is what is this? How serious is this? Can I fix this? How much money is it to fix(i'm out of warranty)

Thanks for your help

Check the rear axle clicking service bulletin and see if it applies to your car.
