Does anyone have a good place that gives good deals on re-polishing wheels???

I have a set of 3-piece wheels that have stains all over them... I guess the previous owner used some kind of cleaner and ruined the wheels.... But they are fixable, I tried a spot by hand and it shined up great!!! But it is very time consuming and I cannot get between the rivets!!!!
