If you have tire feather edge please mark your VIN range in the poll.

Please see:

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=22630

It refers to a Nissan TSB regarding this problem and does specify a VIN range that does seem to correspond to the results from this poll.

The pole results at this point certainly point to the early VIN #'s but that may be just because these cars have the most milage on them. This problem typically doesn't show up until 3 or 4 thousand miles. The fact that some cars with higher VIN #'s are experiencing the porblem leads me to suspect that this is an ongoing problem.

Only time will tell. Until then, hope will abound.

Reminder that the 10 000th digit is in reference to side airbags, that the digit after the "T".

Should ranges be combined?
1 to 2000 with 10001 to 12000

Actually it is the 100 000 digit that refers to the airbags. Would not think that NNA would only produce 20000 vehicles per year (0-9999 x2) since production numbers are set for 30000.

At 2500 miles not a doubt. As I've posted in other threads, I'm posting on the outside edge.
