Default Strut Bar rattles

I just got an 05 Z. Today was the first time I drove it. i noticed that the rear strut bar rattles and makes a lot of noise while driving. Is this normal? If not, what can I do about it?

the rear is not actually a bar, but a part of the actual chassis. may be just the plastic cover rattling. any suspension work done lately?

It does sound like it's the plastic cover. Is there a way to tighten it?

Just make sure that all the plastic is seating properly and that nobody has messed with it. mine has a slight sound as well being colder with winter and all.
