i have a 06 enthusiast
from the beginning i was disturbed with this rattling noise that i get shifting from 1,2,n 3 gear and when the rpm is about
1500-2000(sometimes 2500) and pushing the throttle
i went to the dealer and they tightened some screws that were supposed to happen to all 06 350z
after it was done i went on a test drive with the mechanic and somehow i couldnt hear the sound
but when i was driving home i heard the sound again...
but ive never been in the passenger seat before so mayb that was the reason that i couldnt hear the sound when i went on the test drive
the rattling sound is not the rattling sound when you are about to stall
its the sound when you turn off the car and you hear that rattling sound for all z's..
i asked my other friend who has a 04 z and he has no rattling sound at all even at low rpms
and i am pretty sure this is happenin for my car only
do you guys have any suggestions or anything ?
i really need help on this one cause this bothers me too much

i have that same problem from 1-2, but it comes and goes. when i go in for my next oil change i'll see what's up.

 

anyone else have problems or know what to do to fix this problem?

 

6spd? i get that noise but it is clutch rattle. it is not a big deal. my stang does that too from time to time. my Z did it the day i bought it. im personally not worried about it. if my car did not make any noises, i would be worried lol!

 

i mean like i asked my friend if he has rattling noises and he said he has none
so like mines brand new and seems like something is wrong with my car
and it shouldnt be making the rattling noise when pushing the throttle from 1500rpm

 

since a lot of people arent writing about this rattling noise topic
i am guessing most of you guys dont have a rattling noise problem
am i correct?

I have an '06 Enthusiast and the only noise that I hear, is on my way back from Taco Bell.

 

I just got my Z today and everything seems to rattle: the clutch, the rear strut bar plastic, stuff outside...
