Default What The F_ _ K !!!!!

ok! so i bought a o6 in nov and i take it into the service dept in dec for a weird metal clicking sound i hear coming from the rear wheel on the passenger side when i am driving on the freeway. so i take it in leave it with the service dept and 5 hrs later i get a call all done! so i hop in everythings fine i get on the freeway and sure enough same sound! i call and make another appt, so i take it in again in dec a tech rides with me he hears it and says he thinks something is loose i say ok .. i leave it and 4 hrs later i get a call all done!! so i hop in get on the freeway and once again clicking noise and now my rear window break light starts rattle!!!!! so i call this time kinda pissed and i set up yet another service !!!

so now it is jan. i take it in for a third time and leave it again and 6 hrs later i get a call all done!! im thinking finally!!!!! i get to the service desk and BRUCE the 60yr old service advisor told me they cant hear any sound and the rattle noise is due to my greddy evo 2 exhaust rattling against a bolt and the sound is traveling to the rear window and traveling some more to the brake light , and than starts arguing with me saying the exhaust is crap !! they didnt even look at the window to see if anything was loose or rattling!! IS THIS A JOKE ?? IM AFRAID NOT!!! all they say is we cant do anything and since there is no service bulletin thay cant FIX THE CLICKING SOUND!!! this has been my worse experience ever with a sevice dept!! ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!!!!

Mazda service dept. charged me labor 50$ just to look at my complain. i had an 06 mazda3 with only 2k miles on it and the instrument clutter whistles on the freeway. They never did fix the problem.

It might just be that your window is still at the top. This is kinda hard to explain but i think mine does the same thing. You know how when you shut the door, the window goes up 1/2 an inch. Well when your window is half way rolled down, try pushing down on the window to see if it drops that 1/2 inch. This may help some. If not i bet its that thing hitting the window everytime you go over a bump.
