Default Problems with heater

After I installed my 5/16 spacer, I noticed that my car either blows cold air or hot air. If I have the temperature *** in between the coldest and hottest temp settings, its blowing very hot air which was not like that before.

Anyone else ever had this problem and what can I do to troubleshoot.

BTW, I pulled out one of the coolant lines by mistake (the one below the intake tube) and immediately put it back. I don't think air in the system would cause this?

any help would be appreciated.

sounds like you knocked out a vacuum line during your install. Look for any loose rubber lines, and reattach as necessary. Some of these lines control your heater controls.

I'll re-check but I'm sure that I re-attached all lines. I have been searching and some have mentioned the in-cabin AC sensor being unplugged. I don't think thats it b/c I never messed with it. I'll check that the coolant line iI pulled out isn't kinked.
