Default ECU malfuncion?

ok, for the last 6 months ive been trying to figure out why my car keeps throwing a P0037 code which indicates the sensor on the passenger side at the cat is dead... ive replaced it... same code... all readings from the MAF and Coil Packs are fine... do you think my ECU is fockered and throwing me a SES because its gone bad or needs to be re-flashed?

no mods what so ever btw

i'd replace all 02 sensors and reset. If the check engine light comes back, i'd change the MAF sensor also. i had to do that to my wifes mercedes in order to fix the problem.
what year is your Z and do you have aftermarket intake?

start the process of elimination. Its was over 900$ in parts just to get rid of the CEL in one of my cars....not including labor. Good luck.

just so everyone knows... it did end up being the ECU with the problem and it is covered up 80k miles because of federal emissions regulations

not sure why on earth it would just die like that...apparently some of the maximas had the same issue
