Potential help for those that don't have working interior lights
So a few months ago, I accidently disconnected the battery when the interior dome lights were on and when I connected the battery back, the dome lights didn't work anymore. I thought maybe the bulbs were burnt out but they looked fine and then I read on here that it's probably a problem with the body control module (BCM). However, I already ran out of warranty so i knew the repair would cost alot of money. Anyway, I recently disconnected my battery for a few hours and when I connected it on again, the interior lights started working again. My guess is that disconnecting the battery for a while reset the ecu and somehow got the BCM working again. So if any of you don't have working interior lights and think it may be the BCM, try to reset the ecu. Don't know if this will work for everyone, but I just thought i'd share.
