I'm getting a rattle that starts after I hit 80 km/hr. The sound is not always the same but it is always there. The faster I got the more it rattles and makes the sound. Does anyone know what this could be; I don't really feel like taking it to the dealer and having them take 3 days to fix the problem.

Oh the rattel is coming from behind the drivers side. Kind of makes a sound like a wire in the wheel well is tapping on some metal.

 

Do a forum search on rattles. There was a thread on this a little while back, where someone was actually hanging out of the hatch trying to find where it was. I think it was an issue of where the lower body meets the upper body behind the rear wheel.

If you look at your car perpendicular from the drivers side, look to the right of the rear wheel. You'll notice that there's a horizontal seam where these two sections meet. If you press along this seem you'll find that you can reproduce the sound. I think it was resolved by tightening some fasteners... but I'm not sure.
