I wasn't going to even bother with the fix, then my driver side window was starting to have problems (wasn't dropping down to spec). So I took the car into the dealership Saturday, it's now Monday and they still have the car. However they are fixing the window grease problem and the car had a mild drift to the right so they are doing a 4 wheel alignment for me as well. The dealer called today and said it will all be ready tomorrow. The bottom line at least for me is that the grease problem is minor, I believe it will run itself out in time. If you can avoid taking your car into the dealership, I'd live with it unless it just gets really bad.
