Default Air Filter Poll

I am about to replace my air filter and was wondering what your guys preference was. Also weather or not to get the tornado fuel savor. I am leaning more toward to the Fram or S & B because i don't have to buy the cleaners. but please make ur selection in the poll and let me know why thanks all.

you can look at them here

tornado is the single best investment you can make while NA. Fram Air Hog drop in filter is a close second.

fram air hog is a good drop in filter as is the K & N filter. You will not gain any noticible hp from either though. The Z's stock air box is very efficient in its stock form.

WHEW !!! Though I was in the Twilight Zone for a minute.

Get the K@N and get used to the proper maintenence....Its not Rocket science, The lube spray is good for dozens of charges. Two rules....dont overlube or underlube.

Iv been running KNs for years and I wash mine in the dishwasher

No ....Dishsoap is a great grease/oil cutter and the water is hotter than you would want to put your hand in, and it gives a headstart on the drying prossess. Iv been doing it for at least 6 years.

Time saver ??? For me yes. I generally have a lot going and its 15 minutes I can be doing something else and Iv stuck 4 in at a time

Why do you even need to ask?

K&N is so far superior to anything

Eazzzzy,,,after the dishwasher for the K&N,,,,,then you use the lube spray? I am sorry for asking a dumb question,,,but my K&N is new,,and I have never used one. Also,,,,how do you know if its under-lubed or over-lubed? Again, please dont flame,,,just asking? I talked to the people at PepBoys, (where I purchased the K&N),,I didnt understand what they were saying.

K&N. I Avoid Fram products like VD. If their oil filters have a bad rep, why risk it on an air filter?
