What do you mean out of sync?

Have you tried resetting the ECU?

i was told before installing my intake manifold to be very careful with the throttle body, that if it was slightly off it would really f*ck with my car.. when i told some one some of the problems that i was havin after the instilation they said that it sounded like something with my throttle body was out of sync or that i had a vacuum leak

i tried that webcite but my check engine light is not on so would it still be beneficial?

You can gently spray some propane gas around the intake manifold and listen for an idle speed change.

Or you a open end stetoscope to listen around the intake.

You fix it!

Bad gasket or simple unpluged hose, just adjust/replace the part...
