Went to Mossy (my dealer) for an oil change and to bum a free alignment before my long drive tomorrow. The chief mechanic comes over and asks me if my car is still pulling. I told him no but interested in a quick alignment check because the rims and tires are new to the car. He says no problem but if interested there is a new fix out for the cars that still pull to the right.
I said, "Oh really?!"
He says, "Yup, Nissan now has a new part that will actually move the front right tire towards the front of the car (a couple of millimeters or so) to get them to align more correctly. This will resolve all pulling issues for good!"
Well, I told him that I want to test the car out on my long drive in the next few days and that I will get back in touch with him when I return in about ten days. If it is pulling or fading to the right at all I will take him up on the new fix.
He said, "no problem, I'll order the part today and it will be here when you get back!"
BTW - my current tires were only slightly out of alignment so he fixed the small problem, changed my oil and sent me on my way!
Mossy service is the best. If you have the ability to get to Mossy in San Diego I would definitley recommend them. I drive an extra 20 minutes to get to them than to the dealer just 3 minutes from my house.

I forgot to ask my mechanic, how long has this TSB been out? How long have you know about it?
Good luck, I hope it works for you and everybody else that needs it!

I have also gone to the Mossy in Oceanside (for a dealership they have the nicest, newest, repair facility in San Diego) and they also have treated me great. In Oceanside they also have the performance shop in the parts dept and will match any price you can get (bring in quotes from Courtesy Nissan in Texas) they also sold me the items with no tax because Courtesy would have!

just got back from taking my car in for an alignment check. the service advisor said that the alignment was off a little. told me that he ordered a new part per a TSB to fix the "pulling to the right". he said it was some sort of new "rod". he didnt really know much else. they are supposed to call me when the part comes in and will do the alignment then too.

I'm having this TSB performed right now... Mine pulls to the right real bad.
I hope this does it... will find out in a couple days.

How should I approach them?
Thanks.
I want to ask the question again that someone else asked: is a .pdf file available for this or can someone make one? The closest dealership to me is fairly slow on uptake, as well.

Any one know what the part or procedure is called?
My car does pull but the dealer says its OK.
I'd be grateful if some knew what this is called!
Thx guys.
