Default Best diff and tranny fluid?

What kinds of Diff. fluid and Tranny fluid should i get Gl-4 and Gl-5 75w-90 i would like to go sythetic maybe amsoil? what do you guys recommend for smooth shifts.

Lots of good info here. It takes a bit of time to read through, but it is quite complete.

I went with the Redline products. See the mixture recommended in the latter pages of the post.

"best" is very subjective, especially with respect to oils. Some of the more popular ones are Royal Purple, Redline & Amsoil. Pick any one and you can't go wrong.
