NEW TSB on Control Arm?

NEW TSB on Control Arm?
... My dealer told me there is a NEW TSB out, about 3 days old, regarding replacing the control arms. Specifically the right control arm. Could this be for the feathering problem or is this a line of crap? I took my CS Enthusiast in for it drifting to the right.
Any help would be appreciated.
