Will a body shop be able to fill fix factory bumpers that have had rock chips and a few light scrapes down to the black material under the paint?

 

Dealerships usually have vendors that fix chips, scratches, and stuff like that. A really good friend of mine (God rest his soul) did that work at the bmw/volvo/saab dealership here in Chucktown. I am sure you can look in the phonebook, or call a couple of dealers to find someone to fix this stuff.
