Default fixing up leather seats/steering wheel

overall my seats are in good condition, but my dumbass sat in the car one day w/ zippered back pockets (NEVER AGAIN) and i have some really light thin scratches that show through brown on the leather, is there a decent product i can put on there to at least cover that up a little?

the side bolsters of my seats are still in decent shape but they are showing the stress/flex lines from use (50k miles), and im wondering if there isn't something i can put on there to help fix that up, would a leather conditioner fill this role?

and finally, the grip on my steering wheel is lightly cracked pretty much all around, again from use and im guessing it wasn't maintained as best as possible (i've only put 2k miles on the car myself), so again im wondering if there is anyway i can repair this or curb the damage, it seems like there really isn't anything i can do. It feels ok to the touch but you can see it is worn, except for a patch on the top where it is getting rough and this is disappointing. I do not want to wrap it or get a cover, any options besides buying a new wheel down the road?

Default clean up

I had the same problems with "wear" on my frost seats. In addition the previous owner was a smoker. I had to use a mild soap and scrub the door panels, dash, and seats to clean them...looked like mud. After that I went through the interior with a MEGUIR's leather conditioner. It will "soften" some of the wear lines on the bolster but it will not make them go away. In regards to the scratches, I have been detailing for many years the only thing you can do that I am aware of is trying a thick clear leather conditioner. I used a clear conditioner from KIWI for leather shoes. It made some scratches on my leather less visible but did not make them go away.

i got nissan to replace my steering wheel due to cracking. The black was getting on my hands, i guess from the sun taking it's toll on it. $535 replacement covered under warranty.
