Rough idle - car dies when warm
I recently removed my sound system (JL Audio amp went to service) and left the battery disconnected for the whole night.
Now my rmp drop very low when the car is warm - and car dies sometimes (unless I give it some gas).
Should I give the computer a few days to relearn or should I just make a service appointment?
I have '04 with 27k miles, Nismo intake and exhaust.
Thanks
EDIT: the problem is only after startup, after a few seconds everything is OK.

I would go ahead and make an appointment for a couple of days from now in case it doesn't clear up, which it probably will not. Do you have a SES light?
Also, make sure that all your modifications are nice and tidy so they can't try to blame an electrical draw problem on a shoddy radio install.

No SES light.
I removed my amp and box - you can only see cables in the trunk. The radio is not working - since the amp was used to power front components.
EDIT: this problem is only during start up. After that everything is OK.

Recently (maybe the last 3-4 days) I have noticed that upon cold startup on occassion my rpms will dip WAY down and almost stall, but then rise back and idle normally almost immediately. I'm 90% sure it's my dirty air filter. This started happening after a drove during some big dusty winds (I have an air duct) for several days. I will confirm/deny once I clean the bugger.

They would clean your throttle body if it is causing your problem and your car is still under warranty. At this point it has been almost a month since this first started, I would take it to the dealer and see if they can find anything.

I had the same issues with my Z as well as other cars. Cleaning the TB will correct this!!

Thanks guys! After reading up a bit on TB cleaning, that definitely sounds like it's the issue. I appreciate the info. Looks like I know what I'll be doing this weekend....
No, not at all. My first guess at what this was, was that my dirty intake was causing the problem and just needed to be cleaned. Clearly I had no real idea.
