Default TSB for clutch sticking?

I just took in my 07 to the dealership for my clutch sticking to the ground and they told me nothing is wrong with it because they couldn't make that same problem happen at the dealership. I was wondering if there is so many people having this same problem for the 07 why is there no TSB for it yet? How can someone make a TSB for this problem?

Thanks

Nissan makes the TSB. If there is not one out yet that means they (Nissan) have not fully identified it as a problem yet. I think they base it off the number of services they do on a particular part, or if they know of a defect on a part

This is from the VQ35HR Sub Forum in the Tech Area, where people with 07's are documenting their clutch issue. Follow the link to the NHTSA's Office of Safety Investigation and sign the provided petition to help us document the problem and hopefully bring about some sort of action from Nissan.

obviously the 07 clutch has been downgraded to reduce the pedal pressure. Another sign of nissan's effort to pussify the Z and thereby history will repeat itself with the demise of the 350Z.
