How many people in here have transmission problem? Like these funny popcorn noise grinding, when in neutral. And the noise goese away when you step on the clutch.

The sound you're describing is most likely from the clutch release bearing and not the transmission. It seems to be that way on all the cars and I haven't really concluded if its a problem or not yet. Some clutch release bearings are just noisy as hell. Usually, its the sign of a bad bearing, but I have had cars with clutch release bearings that chattered all the time and it seemed to just be a normal condition.
