Default Tpms Issue...again!!

I'm starting to wonder if the TPMS sensors were really neccessary for our cars? Anyways, well my light came on the other day and showed my rear tires 30 And it stays on constantly.

Does anyone know what the heck is going on? Do I need to add some air to my rear tires? Sorry for stupid question.

Obviously, in your case they REALLY ARE NECESSARY. They're doing exactly what they were designed to do - tell people who are too lazy to check their tire pressure that it's too low. And while it doesn't explicitly tell you this - the implication is that when the tire pressure is too low, you need to add air to the tires.
