Default Hot weather: windows and navigation panel

I live in Dallas TX and needless to say, it gets hot here in the summer! I had my Z parked in the sun for about 8 hours when the temp was around 99F. When I open the passenger window, it began to make some very unusal sounds, almost like the window was grinding against something. The "cracking" noise took place whenever the window went down or up. The next morning, when I opened the window, there was no noise. However, after sitting in the hot sun again for 6 hours or so, I had the same problem. Also...while in the hot sun, I noticed that the navigator panel got stuck in the open position. I had to force the panel door open.

Has anyone else experienced any of these heat related problems?

Get the windshield sunshade from Courtesy. It makes a world of difference. Here's the link : http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...de=99995-Z33SS
