started the car this morning noticed a loud 2 sec. vibration. pulled the car out of the garage and noticed this laying on the ground. now im thinking i have an exhaust leak but cant really tell since the exhaust is so freaking loud. havent gotten under the car to check it out. anyone have any idea what it is?

looks like the set screw for my nismo gt shift ****.

 

sorry to mention to make it a lil clearer.. im running a jic single exit spartan exhaust..when i sstarted heard like a loud vibration(was a quick 1-2 secs) pulled it out of the garage and noticed this laying on the ground near towards the back where the exhaust sits. dont know if im trippin but the exhaust sounds like it has a leak now.. not sure. the damn thing is too loud to tell.

 

header bolt? looks like it is made to go in a space with little clearance.
