Default Clips holding rear body kit together

Recently, AAA tried towing my car up the ramp but because it was too low the rear panel came off a bit when it hit the ramp. This is rear body attached to the side fender that has a noticeable gap now. I notice there are some clips attached between the 2 parts, is it an easy fix by just screwing something in. Or do I need a special took to get that rear panel alligned?

Its the rear bumper attached to the rear fender. See pic (not mines)

The area right below the rear light, has a noticeable gap. But it looks like its held on by clips, I couldnt get a great view of it cuz its underneath. Is there a way to secure it? It's stock by the way.

No offense, but your description of the problem and where it is really sucks. Is it the area where the yellow or red is?
