I just installed my new stereo and when I close the driver's door now the window doesn't auto adjust.. I'm thiking it has to do with me disconnecting the battery with the door open. I tried to disconnect again and then reconnect and it didn't work. Any tips/tricks to getting this fixed?

I know this will get move but I need quick info. Thanks for the help.

 

I had something similar happen. All I remember doing was sending the window down then back up again and got back in sync on its own.

 

i had a similar problem when i installed my new window motor. I just pulled the battery for about 20 mins and when i plugged it back it was fine.
